David Chung

David Chung is the Project Manager at Integrity Marketing, responsible for coordinating every web design project from the initial kickoff meeting through to launch day. His job is to make sure that nothing falls behind schedule, nothing gets lost in translation between the client and the team, and every project ships on time with the quality that Integrity is known for. It is a role that requires equal parts organization, communication, and attention to detail, and David brings all three to every project he manages.

When a new web design project begins, David is the person who sets the timeline, defines the milestones, and establishes the communication cadence with the client. He runs the kickoff meeting where the team and the client align on goals, design preferences, must-have features, and launch date. From that point forward, he owns the schedule. He coordinates with Vivian Liu on UX design phases, with Matt Russell on creative direction reviews, and with Matt White on development milestones. He knows where every project stands at any given moment, and he makes sure the client does too.

David's approach to project management is built on proactive communication. He does not wait for a client to reach out wondering about their project status. He sends regular updates at every meaningful milestone: when wireframes are ready for review, when the design mockup is complete, when development starts, when the site is ready for testing. Each update is clear, specific, and includes next steps so the client always knows what is coming and when. That consistency builds trust and eliminates the anxiety that many business owners feel when they are investing in a new website and cannot see what is happening behind the scenes.

Quality assurance is another critical part of David's role. Before any website goes live, David leads the QA process. He tests every page across devices and browsers, checks forms and contact functionality, reviews content for accuracy, verifies that all design elements match the approved mockups, and confirms that on-page SEO elements are in place. He works closely with Kaden Mullins on the SEO side of the pre-launch checklist and with Matt White on any development issues that surface during testing. His standard is simple: the site should not launch until it is right. Not close. Right.

David also plays an important role in managing the relationship between client expectations and the realities of web design timelines. Building a custom website involves multiple phases, and each phase depends on input from both the client and the team. Sometimes a client needs a few extra days to review a mockup. Sometimes the design takes an unexpected direction that requires additional conversation. David navigates those situations with patience and clarity, adjusting timelines when needed while keeping the project moving forward. He communicates changes early so there are no surprises, and he always provides a revised schedule so everyone stays aligned.
