"First calls usually run about 15 minutes. I will ask about your business, your goals, and what you have tried before. No pitch. No pressure."
Leo Speaks is the Senior Account Manager at Integrity Marketing and the first point of contact for new clients. When a business owner fills out the contact form or calls to schedule a consultation, Leo is the person who picks up the phone. His role is to listen, ask the right questions, and figure out whether Integrity is the right fit for what the business needs. There is no sales pitch. There is no pressure to sign anything. The first conversation is simply about understanding where the business is today and where it wants to go.
Leo runs every discovery call at the agency. These calls typically last about 15 minutes, and his approach is straightforward. He asks about the business, the owner's goals, what marketing they have tried in the past, and what worked or did not work. He asks about budget expectations and timeline. He listens more than he talks. By the end of the call, both sides have a clear picture of whether there is a good fit and what the next steps would look like. If Integrity is not the right agency for a particular business, Leo will say so directly. That honesty is part of why the agency has built such a strong reputation for trust.
Beyond discovery calls, Leo manages ongoing client relationships as a senior account manager. He coordinates between clients and the internal team, making sure that expectations are aligned, timelines are clear, and communication stays consistent throughout every engagement. When a client has a question about their project, Leo is often the person they reach out to. He makes it a point to respond quickly, with clear answers, and without jargon. Business owners are busy. They do not have time to decode marketing speak, and Leo respects that.
Leo works closely with every department at Integrity. He connects new SEO clients with Dylan Axelson and Kaden Mullins for strategy development. He routes web design projects to David Chung for project management and Matt Russell for creative direction. When a client needs Google Ads, he brings Brock Olsen into the conversation early so the campaign plan aligns with the client's budget and goals from the start. This coordination role means Leo has a broad understanding of every service Integrity offers, which makes him especially effective during those initial conversations when a business owner is trying to figure out what they actually need.
What sets Leo apart is his genuine interest in the businesses he works with. He remembers the details. He follows up. He asks how things are going outside of marketing, because he understands that a client's business context affects their marketing decisions. A painting contractor heading into the slow season has different priorities than one who is turning away work. A law firm opening a second office needs a different strategy than one trying to dominate a single market. Leo pays attention to those details and makes sure the rest of the Integrity team does too.
