Matt Russell founded Integrity Marketing in 2018 after spending years watching agencies overcharge and underdeliver. He believed there was a better way: publish your pricing, do great work, and pick up the phone when clients call.

Matt oversees creative direction, web design strategy, and client relationships. He personally reviews every website before it launches and stays involved in the strategic direction of every major project.

Before founding Integrity Marketing, Matt worked in digital marketing and creative roles where he saw firsthand the gap between what agencies promised and what they delivered. That experience shaped the company's commitment to transparency and accountability.
