Vivian Liu

Vivian Liu is the UX Designer at Integrity Marketing, where she designs the user experiences and visual interfaces for every client website the agency builds. Her work sits at the intersection of how a website looks and how it functions. A site can be visually stunning, but if visitors cannot find the information they need or the contact form is buried three clicks deep, the design is not doing its job. Vivian makes sure that every website Integrity delivers is both beautiful and genuinely easy to use.

Vivian's design process starts with understanding the people who will actually use the website. Before she opens Figma, she reviews the client's business, their customers, and the actions those customers need to take. For a roofing contractor, that might mean making the phone number and request-a-quote form accessible from any page within one click. For an architecture firm, it might mean building a portfolio experience that lets prospective clients browse projects by type and location. The design decisions are always driven by user behavior, not trends or personal preferences. That is what separates UX design from decoration.

Every project begins with wireframes. Vivian creates low-fidelity layouts that map out the structure of each page: where the headline sits, where the calls to action go, how the content flows, and how the navigation works across the site. These wireframes are reviewed with the client and the internal team before any visual design begins. This step saves time and prevents the costly rework that happens when a team jumps straight into pixel-perfect mockups without first agreeing on structure. It also gives the client a chance to see the logic behind the layout and provide feedback early, when changes are easy to make.

Once the wireframes are approved, Vivian moves into visual design. She works closely with Matt Russell on creative direction, translating brand guidelines, color palettes, and typography into full-page mockups that show exactly what the finished site will look like. She designs for every breakpoint, making sure the experience is just as clear and functional on a phone as it is on a desktop monitor. Responsive design is not something she adds at the end. It is built into her process from the very first wireframe. She knows that most of the traffic coming to a local business website is on a mobile device, and the experience at that screen size needs to be flawless.

Vivian also works closely with Matt White during the development phase. She provides detailed design specifications, annotates interactive elements, and reviews the built pages against her mockups to make sure nothing gets lost in translation. That handoff between design and development is where a lot of agencies drop quality. Vivian does not let that happen. She stays involved through development, QA, and launch, reviewing the site on actual devices and providing feedback until the live site matches the approved design. Her attention to detail throughout this process is one of the reasons Integrity's web design work stands out in a market full of template-based agencies.
