Why We Built Integrity Differently
Before I started Integrity Marketing, I spent years working at other agencies. I saw the same problems over and over: clients locked into long contracts with no results. Junior staff doing the actual work while senior people did the selling. Cookie-cutter strategies applied to completely different businesses. Reports full of vanity metrics designed to look impressive while hiding the fact that nothing meaningful was happening.
I started Integrity because I believed there was a better way to serve small businesses. Not a revolutionary idea. Just do honest work, be transparent about what is happening and why, and measure success by the only metric that actually matters: did the client's business grow?
That sounds simple. In practice, it requires a fundamentally different approach to how an agency operates, who it hires, and how it structures its client relationships.
The Philosophy: Results Over Activity
Most agencies sell activity. We delivered X blog posts, built Y backlinks, managed Z keywords. Activity reports look impressive but they say nothing about whether the client's business is actually growing.
We measure ourselves on business outcomes. How many leads did the client get this month? What was the cost per lead? How does that compare to last month, last quarter, last year? Are the leads converting into customers? Is revenue growing?
This results-oriented approach changes everything about how we work. We do not recommend tactics that look good on a report but do not drive leads. We do not pad our deliverables with busywork. Every hour of work has to connect back to a business outcome or we are wasting the client's money.

The Process: How We Build Growth
Every client engagement follows a structured process designed to produce results as quickly as possible while building long-term growth.
The Team Behind the Results
At larger agencies, the people who sell you are not the people who do the work. You meet the VP of Sales during the pitch, then get handed off to a junior account coordinator. At Integrity, the specialists who build your strategy are the same people who execute it.
Dylan Axelson, SEO Director: Dylan leads all SEO strategy and oversees the April AI system. With years of experience in local and technical SEO, he personally reviews every client's strategy and major deliverables.
Brock Olsen, Paid Media Strategist: Brock manages all Google Ads campaigns and paid media strategy. He has managed millions in ad spend for local businesses and knows exactly how to maximize lead volume while minimizing cost.
George Andrews, Content Strategist: George leads content strategy and production, combining AI efficiency with human expertise to produce content that ranks and converts.
Leo Speaks, Marketing Strategist: Leo helps clients develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align channels, messaging, and budget with business goals.
Small team, big advantage: We intentionally keep our team small. Every person on the team is a specialist, not a generalist. Every client gets direct access to the people actually doing the work. No layers of account management between you and the experts. When you call, you talk to the person working on your campaign.
Why We Specialize in Local Businesses
We do not work with Fortune 500 companies. We do not do national brand campaigns. We work with local businesses, primarily in the Seattle metro and Pacific Northwest, that need more customers from the internet.
This specialization is intentional. Local business marketing is fundamentally different from enterprise marketing. The strategies are different. The budgets are different. The metrics are different. The personal stakes are different. When a local business owner invests $3,000 a month in marketing, that money has to produce measurable results or it directly impacts their livelihood.
We understand that pressure because we are a local business ourselves. We know what it is like to invest in growth and need it to work. That empathy shapes everything we do. It is why we do not lock clients into long-term contracts. It is why we obsess over cost per lead. It is why we answer the phone when clients call.
Radical Transparency
We call it radical transparency because in our industry, it is genuinely unusual. Here is what it means in practice:
You own everything. Your website, your Google Ads account, your analytics, your content. If you leave, everything comes with you. We have seen agencies hold client assets hostage. We think that is wrong. Your marketing assets are your property.
No long-term contracts. Our agreements are month-to-month after an initial 90-day period. If we are not delivering results, you should be free to leave. The fact that our clients stay tells you more about our results than any case study could.
Honest reporting. Our monthly reports show real metrics: leads, cost per lead, ranking changes, traffic, and revenue impact. We do not hide bad months behind vanity metrics. If something is not working, we tell you and we tell you what we are doing to fix it.
Transparent pricing. Our pricing is on our website. No "call for a quote" games. No bait-and-switch. You know what you are getting before the first conversation.

Want to See If We Are the Right Fit?
No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about your business and whether we can help it grow.
Results That Speak for Themselves
We could list metrics and percentages, but the real proof is in what our clients experience. The contractor who went from relying on word-of-mouth to having a full pipeline from organic search. The therapist who stopped worrying about where the next client would come from. The roofing company that doubled revenue in 18 months.
These outcomes do not happen from a single tactic. They happen from a cohesive strategy executed consistently by a team that actually cares about the result. That is what we build at Integrity. Not campaigns. Growth systems.
The pattern we see most often: a client comes to us frustrated after a bad agency experience. They are skeptical. They have been burned. Within 90 days, they see more results than they saw in the previous 12 months. Within 6 months, they are referring us to other business owners. That pattern repeats because the process works.
The Bottom Line
We built Integrity Marketing to be the agency we wished existed when we were looking for help with our own businesses. Small enough to care about every client. Experienced enough to deliver real results. Transparent enough to earn trust. And principled enough to tell you the truth even when it is not what you want to hear.
If you are a local business owner who wants to grow and you want a partner who will treat your marketing budget like their own money, we should talk. Not because we are the right fit for everyone, but because the conversation itself is valuable. You will leave with a clearer picture of what is possible and what it takes, whether you work with us or not.
That is the Integrity way. It is in the name for a reason.
