They needed a website that communicated the breadth of their services while making it easy for patients to schedule appointments.
We built a custom WordPress site that puts patient convenience first. The homepage immediately presents the most common reasons people visit an optometrist, with clear paths to relevant service information and appointment scheduling. Service pages are written in plain language that helps patients understand what to expect without medical jargon.
The site also includes educational content about eye health conditions, insurance information, and a new patient guide that answers common questions before the first visit. For an optometry practice, reducing uncertainty is key to converting website visitors into booked appointments. Every element of the site was designed with that goal in mind.
