GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT

Google Ads Management That Drives Qualified Leads

Google Ads puts your business in front of people who are actively searching for your services right now. When managed correctly, it is the fastest way to generate qualified leads for a local business. Integrity Marketing builds, manages, and optimizes Google Ads campaigns for businesses across the Pacific Northwest and nationwide.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Four Components of Our Google Ads Service

We manage every type of Google Ads campaign that makes sense for local businesses. Each component is designed to reach your customers at different stages of the buying process and through different placements within the Google ecosystem.

01

Search Ads

Text-based ads that appear at the top of Google when someone searches for your services. This is the core of most local business ad campaigns. We build tightly themed ad groups around high-intent keywords, write ad copy that speaks directly to what your customers are looking for, and optimize landing pages to convert clicks into calls and form submissions. Search ads put you in front of people who have already decided they need what you offer.

02

Display and Remarketing

Visual ads shown across the Google Display Network and remarketing ads that follow visitors who have already been to your website. Display campaigns build brand awareness in your service area. Remarketing campaigns bring back visitors who showed interest but did not convert on their first visit. Together, they keep your business visible throughout the decision-making process, which for most home and professional services can take days or weeks.

03

Local Service Ads

Google Guaranteed ads that appear at the very top of search results with your business name, rating, and a direct call button. Local Service Ads operate on a pay-per-lead model rather than pay-per-click, which means you only pay when a potential customer contacts you directly through the ad. We manage your LSA profile, monitor lead quality, dispute invalid leads, and optimize your positioning to maximize lead volume.

04

Google Ads Audit

A comprehensive review of your existing Google Ads account to identify wasted spend, missed opportunities, and areas where performance can be improved. If you are already running ads but not confident in the results, our audit examines account structure, keyword targeting, negative keywords, ad copy, landing pages, conversion tracking, and bid strategy. You get a detailed report with specific recommendations and clear priorities.

HOW IT WORKS

From Audit to Launch in Three Weeks

Google Ads moves fast. Unlike SEO, you can have qualified leads coming in within days of launch. Here is how we structure the first month and the ongoing management that follows.

01

Week 1: Audit and Research

We start by reviewing any existing ad accounts, analyzing your competitors, and researching the keywords your customers use when searching for your services. If you have run ads before, we look at what worked, what did not, and where money was wasted. If you are starting fresh, we build the keyword and audience foundation from scratch. By the end of week one, you have a clear campaign plan.

02

Week 2: Campaign Build

We build your campaigns in Google Ads. This includes ad group structure, keyword targeting, negative keyword lists, ad copy, extensions, bid strategy, geo-targeting, and conversion tracking. If your landing pages need work, we optimize or build new ones during this phase. Everything is configured to track leads back to specific keywords and campaigns so we know exactly what is producing results.

03

Week 3: Launch

Campaigns go live. We monitor performance closely during the first two weeks, adjusting bids, pausing underperforming keywords, and refining targeting based on early data. This initial optimization period is critical. The campaigns we launch on day one are not the same campaigns running by week four. They improve quickly because we watch them closely and respond to data in real time.

04

Ongoing: Optimization and Reporting

After launch, we manage your campaigns continuously. Bid adjustments, A/B testing ad copy, expanding keyword lists, refining negative keywords, and scaling what works. You receive monthly reports showing impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend. We also have a conversation each month about what the data means and what we recommend adjusting. Your campaign gets better every month because we treat it as a living system, not a set-it-and-forget-it project.

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

How a $2,500 Monthly Ad Budget Generates $10$5,000+ in New Revenue

One of our home service clients came to us spending $3,000 per month on Google Ads with a previous agency and averaging a $45 cost per lead. Many of those leads were unqualified or outside their service area. We rebuilt their campaigns from scratch with tighter geo-targeting, better keyword selection, and landing pages designed to convert. Within 60 days, their cost per lead dropped to $11 and lead quality improved significantly. They now run a leaner $2,500 monthly budget that consistently produces more revenue than the original $3,000 ever did. The difference was not more budget. It was better management.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Industries We Manage Ads For

Google Ads works for any business whose customers search Google when they need a service. We have particular depth in these industries, which means we already know which keywords convert, what ad copy resonates, and how to structure campaigns for your specific market.

BO
"The biggest problem I see with Google Ads accounts is not the budget. It is the structure. Businesses throw money at broad keywords with generic ad copy and wonder why their cost per lead is $50 or $60. When you tighten the targeting, write specific ads for specific services, and send people to pages built to convert, the numbers change quickly. That is not a secret. It is just the work most agencies skip."

Google Ads Questions We Hear Most

How much should I spend on Google Ads?

It depends on your industry, your service area, and your competition. Some of our clients spend $1,500 per month and others spend $10,000 or more. We will recommend a budget during your consultation based on the actual cost-per-click data for your keywords and the lead volume you want to generate. We never recommend spending more than makes sense for your business. If the math does not work at a given budget, we will tell you.

How fast will I get leads from Google Ads?

Most campaigns start generating leads within the first week of launch. The volume and quality of leads improves over the first 30 to 60 days as we optimize targeting, bids, and ad copy based on performance data. Unlike SEO, which builds over months, Google Ads produces results almost immediately. That is why many of our clients start with ads while their SEO campaign builds momentum.

Should I do Google Ads or SEO?

Both serve different purposes and work best together. Google Ads generates leads immediately but stops when you stop paying. SEO takes longer to build but produces organic traffic without ongoing ad costs. Most of our clients start with both. Ads provide immediate lead flow and revenue while SEO builds long-term visibility. As organic rankings improve, many clients reduce their ad spend gradually.

What is a good cost per lead for Google Ads?

It varies significantly by industry. A good cost per lead for a roofer might be $30 to $50 because the average job value is high. For a therapist, it might need to be under $20 to make the economics work. We evaluate cost per lead in the context of your average customer value and close rate. The number that matters is return on ad spend, not cost per click. A $40 lead that turns into a $15,000 roofing job is a very good investment.

Do I own my Google Ads account?

Yes. Your Google Ads account belongs to you. We manage it through a manager account (MCC), which means you always have full access and ownership. If you decide to leave, your account, your campaign history, and your data stay with you. We do not build campaigns inside our own accounts, and we do not hold your data hostage.

What is the difference between Google Ads and Local Service Ads?

Standard Google Ads charge you per click, whether or not that click becomes a lead. Local Service Ads charge you per lead, meaning you only pay when someone actually contacts your business through the ad. LSAs appear at the very top of search results with a "Google Guaranteed" badge. Not every industry qualifies for LSAs, and they require a background check and verification process. We can help determine if LSAs are available for your business and manage them alongside your standard campaigns.

How do you track results and report on performance?

We set up conversion tracking for phone calls, form submissions, and any other actions that represent a lead for your business. You receive a monthly report showing impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend. We present the data in plain language with context about what it means and what we are doing about it. You also have access to your Google Ads account at all times if you want to see the data yourself.

What if I already have a Google Ads account that is not performing well?

We start with a Google Ads audit to identify what is wrong. Common issues include overly broad keyword targeting, missing negative keywords, poor ad copy, weak landing pages, and incorrect conversion tracking. In most cases, we can restructure your existing account and improve performance significantly. Sometimes a complete rebuild makes more sense. We will tell you which approach we recommend and why.
